SAINT PAUL, Minn. – September 27, 2019 – Persolvent is a two-time winner of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award in the small business category.

The Best Places to Work awards is in its 21st year of recognizing great workplaces in the Twin Cities. It’s the longest-running awards program to honor this category. This year was extremely competitive, with more than 350 nominations. The application involves anonymously surveying employees and determining company scores based on those responses. Persolvent is one of 15 companies honored in the small business category.

“We are so grateful to be honored as a winner in the Best Places to Work category for small businesses,” says Jay Bruber, CEO of Persolvent. “Our goal is to earn the right to be recommended. We are committed to continuous improvement for our employees, and learning and growing based on what our team members want and need.”

One way Persolvent leaders receive consistent, unfiltered feedback is by using Officevibe to send anonymous bi-weekly surveys to team members. Feedback from those surveys has led to small changes, like adding a fridge full of La Croix, and to bigger changes, like investing in more technology.

Winners of the Best Places to Work Award are based on survey results. Employees at award-winning companies rated their businesses highly on metrics such as team dynamics and personal engagement. There was a Best Places to Work Awards & Expo event at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, the Depot, and award winners were featured in multiple articles in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
