If you have been navigating our website or have read any previous blogs, you know that Persolvent makes culture a pretty big deal. We have six core values that make up our culture – honesty & integrity, excellence, passion, professionalism, charitableness, and customer-focused. When it comes to customer-focus, we make sure that extends to both our customers and our internal team members.

Team Members

Our goal is to make every day a great day. Team members are excited to come to work! You might be thinking, no way, but when you work in an environment where everyone truly cares about your personal and professional wellbeing, it is hard not to be excited. We believe in recognition and serving each other. We have a recognition program where team members can nominate someone for living out our core values. Every single month we have an abundance of nominations. It is really rewarding to nominate and be nominated. However, it can also be as simple as greeting someone in the Team Member Lounge and having a quick chat or refilling the candy dish.

We also use Officevibe, an anonymous feedback tool, where members can express concerns or ask questions, along with rating categories of business. This feedback helps our leadership team understand what is working and what needs to change. We believe these little acts add up and it is what helps make us one the Best Places to Work year-over-year. After all, a happy team means happy customers.

Customers

Our customers deserve first-class service, and we aim to provide that. Our description for “customer-focused” means we listen to our customers, we respond quickly, and we exceed expectations. When a customer calls into our Support team they are greeted directly, no phone trees. We provide many online tools and resources for our customers to access at any time. We also schedule new customer interviews once a customer joins the team. This helps ease any questions or concerns new customers may have and sets them up for a positive experience. Our Support team is proud to have a 5-star rating and many awards under their belt, including a Stevie award for outstanding customer service.

Receiving feedback from customers is a great accomplishment. Whether it’s positive or constructive, it shows that we’re open to communication and our customers feel comfortable enough to let us know their thoughts.
