How We Live Our Core Values
What makes our team work together so nicely?
Well, everything we do at Persolvent is defined by our core values. From who we hire to how we operate our business; these six values infuse our every day. They are truly integrated into our company, not just listed in the handbook. We ensure that new team members are aware of these values throughout their hiring and onboarding process. We also read them aloud as a team during our quarterly company-wide meetings.
In fact, we have a whole program that allows team members to support and recognize one another for living out our core values. These are automatically posted to our intranet and nominees are notified when someone gives them a shoutout (see below).

Charitable: Lois did an amazing job coordinating the details around the Friends of Lakota Nation project! A lot of hard work and extra trips into the office went into this coordination and Lois had a smile, positive attitude, and contagious energy every step of the way!
