We did it again. Persolvent won Best Places to Work for the fourth year in a row. This is a unique award as our ranking is determined only by 100% anonymous team member feedback. That speaks volumes to how connected and cared for the team feels as well as the passion they feel for their roles!

One of our priorities as we seek to continue to improve is to Lead by Listening. Every month our team gets an anonymous opportunity to share about their satisfaction in various areas and make any suggestions or comments. That helps us know areas where things are going well and areas where we can do better.
