Persolvent Wins Three 2022 Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service

The Persolvent Team was recognized for a strong display of innovation, customer experience, and leadership, winning Stevie Awards for Customer Service Training Professional of the Year, Customer Service Leader of the Year, and Best Customer Feedback Strategy. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.

AJ Kurkowski Won Gold for Customer Service Training Professional of the Year  

Once AJ Kurkowski starts talking, you learn about his passion for training and for customers. In AJ’s time as Implementation Manager, he has changed the way that Eleyo implements and trains customers. He has introduced tools that help the Implementation and Training Team as well as Eleyo’s customers succeed. AJ will tell you that it’s about “empowering the customers. It’s not our implementation process, it’s a shared experience.”

Marit Fastner Won Silver for Customer Service Leader of the Year 

Marit Fastner’s unwavering leadership has helped Persolvent retain team members, train new team members, continually improve processes, and maintain a positive future focus for the entire team. In a time of unknowns, Marit kept her team focused by offering cross-trainings and taking the time to personally respond to Support and Training Team Member fears and frustrations. While change came like waves, the Support and Training Teams kept going strong with Marit’s leadership and sustained a 95% CSAT rating from July 2019 to present!

Our Customer Experience Strategy Won Bronze for Best Customer Feedback Strategy  

Part of serving our customers is hearing open and honest feedback from them. In 2016, Persolvent implemented Customer Experience Surveys (CES) for our Eleyo customers. These surveys provide a regular health check of our customer base. We learn how they enjoy our current product and services and how we can improve. The information learned is shared across every part of our organization. Everyone is part of making the customer journey better. This is how we earn the right to be recommended: when the whole company listens to our customers.
